This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services.By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Privacy Agreement.

The loan services provided by JCI Lend App are authorized by Warm Cash Lending Corp., Warm Cash Lending Corp. is a lending institution approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines and subject to the authorization and supervision of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines under SEC Registration No. 2021030009095 and Certificate of Authorization No. 3427.

1️⃣ Information Collection

Identity Information: Name, ID number, phone number, residential address, date of birth, etc.
Bank Card Information: Bank card number (encrypted), account name, issuing bank — only used for disbursing or collecting loan payments securely.
Device Information: Device model, OS version, language, IP address, screen resolution, device identifiers (such as IMEI, IDFA), time zone, and status. Used for fraud prevention and risk assessment.
Usage Behavior: In-app behavior logs such as navigation paths, page visits, click operations, crash logs, and session timestamps.

Used to complete loan application and identity verification
Provide personalized recommendations
Risk control and compliance analysis
Advertising attribution analysis (authorization only)

3️⃣ Tracking and advertising (ATT)

If you authorize, we may use the device advertising identifier (IDFA) for:

Ad attribution and performance statistics
Personalized recommendations and service optimization

You can change your authorization through iOS Settings > Privacy and Security > Tracking.

4️⃣ Data security

All data transmission uses HTTPS and encryption algorithm
Information is minimized and only necessary data is stored
Data will be cleared or anonymized after the user logs out

5️⃣ Data retention period

Necessary data will continue to be retained during the account
After the account is cancelled, it will be cleared or anonymized within 3 days
Users can request data deletion at any time

6️⃣ Data sharing and third-party transfer

We will not sell your personal information. We may share limited data in the following situations:

Service support:Share encrypted necessary data with authentication, risk control, and advertising attribution service providers
Legal obligations:Disclosure in accordance with legal requirements or government requirements
Company changes:Such as business mergers or asset transfers, data will follow the same privacy agreement

Modify authorization or cancel account
Refuse personalized advertising
Contact us to delete data

8️⃣ User Control & Withdrawal of Consent

You can disable granted permissions at any time through your phone system settings (e.g., camera, location, tracking).
To withdraw tracking consent on iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off tracking for JCI Lend.
To stop personalized ads: Disable “Personalized Ads” in iOS settings or within our app’s settings panel (if available).
To delete your data: Contact us at [email protected], or use the “Delete Account” function in the app if available. We will process your request within 7 business days.
You may also uninstall the app at any time to stop all data collection and usage.

9️⃣ Protection of minors

This application is not intended for children under the age of 13 or users under the age specified by the laws of relevant regions.

If it is found that the information of minors is received by mistake, it will be deleted immediately.
